What Should New Drivers Know About Work Zones?
Learning to drive is an exciting milestone for any teen. As a parent, it’s important to remind new drivers about work zones.
Work zones migrate. Active times change. Speed limits vary.
I cannot stress this enough: Do not speed in a work zone.
Even if the cars around you disregard posted speed limits, don’t copy them. Those workers are essentially unprotected pedestrians and it’s up to drivers to ensure they make it home safely.
