Celebrate Black History Month
This year the ASALH celebrates a century of Black history, honoring their impact, life, and culture. From Negro History Week to Black History Month, ASALH has striven to promote and preserve Black history. You can do the same by:
- Supporting Black-owned businesses
- Reading books by Black authors
- Watching films/shows by Black creators
- Visiting the African American Cultural Center in Downtown Buffalo
- Seeking out ways to learn more about their contributions throughout history.
